"Prior to sessions I was at a state of uncertainty in terms of career next steps. Stakeholder relationships were not in the best place. My internal confidence was low in terms of transferable skills. My exposure to interviews /assessments, the level required going to more senior roles was unknown and daunting. I was coasting – although performing well at my role – my potential or drive to achieve wasn’t being unlocked. I was a little career lost in a big organisation – was this it? 

Post sessions I had increased self-belief that I can do more/achieve. I achieved two senior manager role assessment centres due to this increased confidence and was offered a role.
