I work with organisations to enhance their leadership skills or navigate their people through difficult change.  I'm a professionally accredited Executive Coach with a background of FTSE 100 commercial senior leadership roles managing large teams. 


What makes me different? I’ve been a senior leader and people manager - whilst simultaneously coaching other leaders. I have a 360, comprehensive understanding of leadership challenges. 


During my career I successfully led transformational change and organisational restructures whilst achieving exceptional employee engagement.  I understand the stress and pressure of uncertainty in the workplace and know how to effect improvement.

"Prior to sessions I was at a state of uncertainty in terms of career next steps. Stakeholder relationships were not in the best place. My internal confidence was low in terms of transferable skills. My exposure to interviews /assessments, the level required going to more senior roles was unknown and daunting. I was coasting – although performing well at my role – my potential or drive to achieve wasn’t being unlocked. I was a little career lost in a big organisation – was this it? 


Post sessions I had increased self-belief that I can do more/achieve. I achieved two senior manager role assessment centres due to this increased confidence and was offered a role. I was able to (and continue to) build on stakeholder relationships, taking away barriers. I turned the understanding of assessments and interviews to a positive.
