I'm a professionally accredited Executive Coach with a background of FTSE 100 commercial senior leadership roles managing large teams. I’ve been a senior leader and people manager whilst simultaneously coaching other leaders, so have a comprehensive, multifaceted understanding of leadership challenges.
During my career I’ve successfully led transformational change and organisational restructures. I know what it’s like to be buffeted by internal and external pressures in an uncertain workplace and have the lived experience to support you.

"Prior to sessions I was at a state of uncertainty in terms of career next steps. Stakeholder relationships were not in the best place. My internal confidence was low in terms of transferable skills. My exposure to interviews /assessments, the level required going to more senior roles was unknown and daunting.
